Online Training
Online Training is a way for me to train and guide you without having
to follow you in person.  We will keep a private journal on my sister-
site that can only be viewed by us.   I will check on you daily and
make sure we are following the program and making progress.  This
is an effective and inexpensive way to have your own personal trainer.


With online training you get the following:
1.        Workout outline:
I will outline your daily routines and keep track of your progress.  I will ensure that the
training is going forward and changes can be made immediately to keep the results
coming.

2.        Nutritional outline:
I will be able to give nutritional advice and keep track of your meals.  You will post
daily activities and I will ensure that we are doing the meal plans properly.


3.        Access to information:
You will have access to ask and receive all the information you need from me.  If I
don’t have the answers I will find them for you!
