and is one of the top Drug Free bodybuilders in the nation. He has
over fifteen years of experience in the bodybuilding and fitness field
and holds an advanced certification by the IFPA. He has learned
from many respected strength coaches and athletes throughout the
years. His own learning does not stop even with the thousands of
research and fitness study papers already read. His background and
